2 TBS Lemon Juice
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3 TBS Melted Butter
Salt & Pepper
Crushed pepper to taste
1 TBS Parley
1/4 TSP Oregano
Heat grill or oven to 375
Mix lemon juice, garlic and butter
Place salmon on foil and pour mixture on the fish and season.
Wrap the salmon with the foil and cook for about 20 minutes depending on size of fish
