Healthy Eye Berry Smoothie

Foods rich in antioxidants can help control the symptoms of dry eye. Choose colorful foods like berries, acai, spinach and carrots. A smoothie is a great quick treat to insure your getting tons of nutrients to fight eye disease.

Ingredients:

1 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup of spinach

Instructions:

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
